摘 要:简要介绍了国内钢渣回收利用现状,采用筛分分级—磁选工艺对马钢钢渣进行回收铁试验,获得了产率为9.37%.铁品位为了74.85%的渣钢产品。尾渣用于中和酸性废水,比石灰乳中和工艺费用省,且可使酸水污染得以根治。Current status of recovery of steelmaking slag in China was introduced in this paper.The separating test have been done for slag of Magang using screen classification -magnetic separation technological flowsheet. A slag steel product of 74. 85 % Fe with yield of 9. 37 % was obtained when the sample contained 23. 01 % Fe as a feed. The remaining slag Lized as material to neutralize acidic waste water. The operating costs are lower than using lime to neutralize it. and the pollution of acidic waste water call be tackled at all.
