摘  要:聚能射流根据其装药结构及药型罩参数不同可以分为锥形罩装药、亚半球罩装药以及K型装药。利用有限元软件LS-DYNA对三种典型聚能射流的成型及侵彻过程进行了数值模拟。分别计算了三种不同类型的聚能装药射流的成型及对均质装甲钢的侵彻过程及结果参数,并对计算结果进行了简要地分析。结果表明K装药射流对靶板侵彻深度及孔径较为合理,是一种性能优异的破爆型串联战斗部聚能装药结构。Typical shaped charges may be classified as conical liner charges, hemispherical liner charges and K charges based on structure and performance. A three-dimensional computational study of three typical shaped charge jets has been performed using finite element programme of LS-DYNA, and the formation process and penetration process of different jets has been carried out to get the parameters. Essential analysis and conclusion has been drawn out. The result shows that the jet form K Charges has high performance which can get large diameter and high depth hole in penetration, and it has high value in tandem charge warhead design.
