摘 要:对卫星热控系统的动态特性进行实时仿真,关键是寻找快速简便且具有足够精度的算法。计算星载仪器和设备时采用双层集总参数法;计算星外设备的外热流时,将积分简化为代数运算;计算星外设备与卫星本体之间对外来辐射的相互遮挡关系时,将卫星本体简化为球体。仿真结果较准确地反映出卫星在轨实时运行期间星外部件所接收外热流及星内外设备平均温度变化规律,同时满足实时性要求。The key to achieve real-time simulation of dynamical property of the satellite thermal control system (TCS) is to find some fast and simplified arithmetic which is accurate enough as well. The temperature of onboard device and equipment are calculated by using two-layer Lumped Parameter Method. The heat flux received by outer equipment is calculated by reasonably simplifying some integral algorithm to algebraic algorithm. Whether the outer equipment is in shadow of the satellite caused by the sunshine or the earth is disposed by regarding the satellite as a ball. The result gives common variation rule of the temperature of the inner equipment and the flux received by the outer equipment when the satellite is on orbit. At the same time, it satisfies the request of real time.
