摘 要:采用碳分脱铝-电渗析工艺处理含铝废碱水,从中回收铝、碱及水资源.考察了操作电流、原水浓度、流量等对电渗析脱盐性能的影响,测定了体系的极限电流经验公式,并进行了淡化级段数的对比.Water was greatly consumed in alumina factories and the red mud washing is the main consumer. The clearing water in red mud dam contains a high percentage of alkali and meta aluminate. Usually it should go back to the process. when the balance of consumption of water can′t be kept, the overflow must be treated to recovery the alkali, alumina and water. A process including dealuminium and electrodialysis was used to treat this sort of waste water. The carbon dioxide was aerated into the alkaline waste water to transfer the meta aluminate into hydroxide. After filtration the clear water was used as feed solution of electrodialysis. With V I curve method, the limiting current formula of this system was determined. Then, the effects of operating current, feed solution concentration and velocity of flow on the dealkaline results were investigated on pilot plant scale, and the influence of electrodialysis’ number of class and section is also discussed.
