摘 要:顶推法作为一种新颖有效的施工方法,发展前景十分广阔,但目前并没有一套有效的仿真程序可以为顶推法施工过程提供各种必要的施工和监控参数。以广佛放射线珠江大桥工程为背景,研制开发了顶推施工法的仿真分析软件BCCS。利用该软件可以对桥梁顶推施工的整个过程进行仿真分析,并能够方便快捷地得到指导施工和监控的各种参数设置。采用此软件对广佛放射线珠江大桥的顶推施工过程进行了计算,同时还利用ANSYS软件建立了空间模型对珠江大桥进行空间分析,对横向钢束进行优化。通过施工监控和成桥动静载试验,验证了仿真分析的结果。Incremental launching method as a new concept and effective construction method has brightly prospects, but at present, there is no simulation program which can provide necessary construction and monitor data effectively for construction process of incremental launching method. Based on the background of the Pearl River Bridge project of Guangfo radiation, a software of simulating analysis for incremental launching construction is developed. The software can be used conveniently and fast to acquire the parameters of construction and monitoring control. The Pearl River Bridge of Guangfo radiation has been calculated by it. ANSYS is used in spatial analysis and optimization of the landscape orientation steel bundle. The result of simulation analysis has been validated by monitoring control and the dynamic and static load test in finished state.
