摘 要:基础规范没有对多墙柱下基础计算方法作出明确规定。由于基础计算的复杂性以及基础设计软件的局限性,在进行多墙柱下基础设计中存在计算模型过于简化、不同软件的设计结果差异大、基础设计过于保守浪费等问题。针对多墙柱下扩展基础和桩基础计算中的计算模型选择、抗震承载力调整、冲切计算、剪切计算、变形计算等方面的问题进行讨论,提出多墙柱下基础计算应以有限元分析为基础,考虑弹性和刚性两种基础模型,考虑所有的荷载作用组合,可供设计参考和使用。计算方法已在基础设计软件中实现。The calculation formula for foundation design under multi-column-shear-wall action is not suggested in code. Because of the complexity of foundation calculation and the limitation of current CAD software for foundation design, some problems of foundation design under multi-column-shear-wall action were founded, e.g. the calculation model simplified unreasonablely, the inconsistent results for a same example from different software, too conservative result, etc. The key problems, such as choice of finite elements, the adjustment of aseismic bearing capacity, the calculation of punching, shearing and bearing capacity and foundation deformation of spread and pile foundation under multi-column-shear-wall action, are discussed. The FEM based calculation models are proposed, including the rigid and elastic model and all loading combinations. The calculating methods have been implemented in GSCAD software.
