摘　　要：攀钢采用大方坯连铸工艺生产42CrMo合金结构钢取得明显效果。简介了它所采取的转炉冶炼、LF＋RH精炼、连铸的技术方案以及试验结果。生产实践证明，铸坯表面质量良好，成分偏析度可控制在0．96～1．03，中心疏松和中心偏析均不大于1．0级，ω（T．0）≤15×10^-6，ω（H）≤1．8×10^-6。Technical proposal of alloy structure steel 42CrMo from converter smelting, LF ＋ RH refining and bloom continuous casting, and the test result were introduced. The production practice shows that the surface quality is good, the segregation of composition rate cab be controlled at 0. 96 ~ 1.03, the center porosity and center segregation is ≤1.0, T[O]≤15 × 10^-6 ,and [H]≤ 8× 10^-6 .
