摘　　要：确立了粮谷和油籽（玉米、糙米、黄豆、花生）中氯苯胺灵残留量的气相色谱测定方法。试样采用甲醇提取，经与正己烷液液分配，再以弗罗里硅土柱净化，毛细管柱气相色谱－氮磷检测器测定。方法简便、准确，检出限 ０．０２ μｇ／ｇ，添加回收率为 ８７．５％～９２．９％，相对标准偏差为３．５％～７．０％。A method was developed for determining chlorpropham residue in grains and oil seeds by gas chromatography. The chlorpropham residue in samples is extracted with methanol. The extract is partitioned with n-hexane and chromatographed on a Florisil col- umn. The determination is carried out using a gas chromatograph equipped with a nitrogen- phosphorus detector. The detection limit is 0. 02 μg/g. The recovery is from 87. 5% to 92. 9%.
