老年左心衰竭患者氨力农治疗时PTFV1动态变化

摘　　要：应用氨力农治疗老年左心衰竭（左心衰）53例，与洋地黄合用抗甲丙脯酸，硝酸异山梨醇酯、利尿剂57例作为对照组，观察治疗前后心功能和心电图PTFV1动态变化。结果：治疗一周时氨力农组心功能改善总有效率96．2％，对照组43．8％．两组间有非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）。治疗后氨力农组与对照组PTFV1＞0.03mm.s分别为88．7％和47．4％，PTFV1＜－0.03mm．s分别为11．3％和52．6％，PTFV1异常改善率分别为86．8％和37．5％．两者间均有非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）。表明氨力农能迅速改善心功能．缩小PTFV1负值．疗效较对照组为优。53 of old patients (test group) with acute left ventricular failure were administered by amrinone,another 57 cases treated by digitalis together with captopril.isosorbide dinitrate and diuretics regarding as colltrol group. the cardiac function and PTFV1 of ECG before and after drug treatment were detected ,the resuits showed,that the total improvement rate of cardiac function in test group one week after treatment,was 96. 2 %, that of control group 43. 8 %. and there was significant difference between two groups (P＜0. 01 ). the rates of PTFV1 over0. 03mm. s in test and contrul group after treatment were 88. 7 % and 47.4,% these of PTFV1 below and equal to-0. 03mm. s, 11. 3% and 52. 6%,theirnprovement rates of PTFV1 86. 8% and 37. 5%,respectively ,and there alsowas significant difference betweell two groups (P<0. 01) the author cuncludes that amrinone can better the cardiac function, lower-negative value of PTFV1 and that effects of test group are superior to those of control group,
