摘　　要：产业集群在城市发展中发挥着非常重要的作用,产业集群对城市功能亦存在诸多依赖,因此,以产业集群为导向来优化城市功能,我们要以城市产业集群为基础规划城市功能定位,强化城市主导功能,优化城市功能空间结构,加强城市功能支持体系建设,并促进城市功能区际协调。Industrial clusters play a major role in urban development. On the other hand, industrial clusters depend in many ways on urban functions and therefore we shall optimize urban functions in line with industrial clusters. Based on the industrial clusters we shall plan the position of urban functions, consolidate its leading function, optimize the space structure, strengthen the construction of the supportive system and promote the region＇a] harmony in urban functions.
