摘 要:平坦度是描述带钢板形质量的主要参数之一,平坦度在线测量对于板形控制至关重要。研究了一种新型的基于数字投影和条纹边缘检测技术的平坦度测量系统,阐述了该系统的测量原理、硬件构成及系统软件,软件包括图像处理、坐标变换及平坦度计算等。该测量方法属于三维全场式测量方法,能克服带钢垂直运动给测量带来的不利影响,与目前广泛应用的传统测量方法相比,抗干扰能力强,测量结果更准确,且成本较低。Flatness is one of key parameters for describing quality of the steel strip shape. It is especially important for the control of the strip shape to measure the strip flatness on-line at the real time. A new flatness measuring system based on the techniques of digital projection and fringe edge detection has therefore been developed. This paper discusses its measuring principle, hardware constituent and systemic software, which includes image processing, coordinate conversion, flatness calculation, and so on. This method is a 3-dimensional measuring method. It can avoid the defective effect caused by the vertical motion of the strip. Comparing with the present traditional methods, which are applied widespreadly, the flatness parameter can be measured more accurately by using this method. The measurement results are more accurate and it costs less.
