摘　　要：目的评价冠状动脉64排螺旋CT检查的临床应用价值。方法对25例患者均采用64排螺旋CT与选择性冠状动脉造影(SCA)检查分析冠状动脉左主干(LM)、左前降支(LAD)、第一对角支(D1)、第一间隔支(S1)、左回旋支(LCX)、第一钝缘支(OM1)、右冠状动脉(RCA)、左室后支(PLA)及后降支(PDA)的通畅性、狭窄发生的部位及严重程度,将64排CT检查结果与SCA结果对照,以评价64排螺旋CT在冠状动脉病变检查的临床应用价值。结果64排螺旋CT检查冠状动脉狭窄的阳性预测值为81%,阴性预测值为89%,灵敏度为85%,特异度为87%。结论64排螺旋CT作为无创检查在冠心病诊断及病变血管评价方面有重要价值。Objective To study the value of 64-slice spiral computed tomography in coronary artery. Methods 64-slice spiral CT was used in 25 patients, 225 coronary arteries were compared with selective coronary angiography. Results Positive and negative predictive value were 81% ＆ 89%.sensitivity and specificity were 85% ＆ 87%.Conclusions 64-slice spiral CT was a valuable method on diagnosis of coronary heart disease as noninvasive approach.
