腹腔镜联合腹股沟小切口治疗成人腹股沟疝20例

摘　　要：目的探讨在腹腔镜下行成人腹股沟疝未闭内环的高位结扎后,另行腹股沟小切口行疝修补的可行性与优越性。方法自2005年1月￣2006年6月在腹腔镜下先行未闭疝囊高位结扎再做腹股沟小切口行疝修补术(其中嵌顿疝2例、复发疝2例、双侧疝3例)。结果20例手术均成功,平均手术时间40min,术中无并发症,住院3d￣5d,平均4d。结论腹腔镜下行成人腹股沟疝未闭内环口高位结扎,再做腹股沟小切口行疝修补术,由于疝囊高位结扎确切,腹股沟不分离疝囊,患者创伤小,康复快,住院时间短,不易复发,无肠粘连等并发症。Objective To explore the prosperity and feasibility of miniherniorrhaphy combined with laparoscopic high ligation of inguinal hernial sac treatment on adult. Methods miniherniorrhaphy combined with laparoscopic high ligation of inguinal hernial sac was performed from January 2005 to June 2006.The cases included incarcerated hernia （2 cases）, recurrent hernia （2 cases）and bilateral hernia（3 cases）. Results Operation was successfully performed in all patients. The operative time was 40 minutes. No complication was found intraoperatively. The hospitalization time was 3-5 days （average 4 days）.Conclusions Mini incision on inguinal herniorrhaphy combined with laparoscopic high ligation of inguinal hernial sac treatment on adult is safe and effective. It had advantages of mini invasion, short hospitalization, quick recovery, low relapse rate, and it had no ankylenteron.
