摘  要:极化磁系统具有体积小、重量轻、功耗低、灵敏度高、动作速度快等一系列优点,被广泛应用于军用与民用电磁继电器产品中。在实际设计中,由于用户要求多种多样,导致设计出的磁系统结构繁多,而目前尚无判别一个磁系统是否为极化磁系统的准则。该文从永磁结构及其动作特点的角度出发,将极化磁系统归结为4种典型结构;通过对极化磁系统典型结构、等效磁路及数学模型的综合研究,从磁压和磁通的角度分析总结出极化磁系统的判别准则。以该判别准则对一种含永磁磁系统进行分析,判断其是否为极化磁系统。研究结论对含永磁的电磁继电器设计具有一定的指导作用。With the advantages of small size, light weight, low power dissipation and fast action, polarized magnetic system has been widely applied to military and civil electromagnetic relay. In the process of real design, different demands result in various structures of polarized magnetic system designed. At present, there is not any criterion for distinguishing polarized magnetic system. From the point of view of the structure and moving characteristic of permanent magnet in relay, polarized magnetic system is classified into four typical structures. By investigating typical structures, equivalent magnetic circuits and mathematical models, the criteria for distinguishing polarized magnetic system were achieved from the aspects of magnetic potential and magnetic flux. Then a magnetic system with permanent magnet was judged if it was polarized magnetic system or not by the criteria. The conclusion can be used to direct the design of electromagnetic relay with permanent magnet.
