摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,发展中国家吸收的FDI呈现出一些新特点。这些新特点的出现,使FDI对发展中国家金融稳定的影响更为复杂。发展中国家政府有必要更加关注FDI对其金融稳定的影响,采取有效措施,加强对FDI的监管。In this paper, the author studies the new features of FDI flowing to developing countries since 1990s and their influence on the financial stability of developing countries. The governments of such countries are suggested to pay more attention to the influence of FDI on financial stability, and at the same time, to adopt effective measures to strengthen the supervision and management of FDI.
