摘　　要：Delphi是当今数据库应用软件开发的主流工具,介绍了基于Delphi语言设计的多功能电表的人机界面的数据处理,包括数据的采集和存储。简单概述了Delphi的特点与结构,并详细论述了符合645电能表规约的串口通讯的程序编写和基于Access数据库的数据存储。Nowadays,Delphi is the master tool of application software＇s exploitation in database chine interface of a multifunctional ammeter which based on Delphi is recommended in this Data processing in human-mapaper .It includes the collection and memory of data.This paper summarizes the characteristic and structure of Delphi, and it emphasizes on the program＇s compile of serial communication which accords with 645specification of ammeter,and the data＇s memory which based on Access database.
