摘　　要：支气管哮喘（哮喘）是一种由嗜酸粒细胞、肥大细胞和T细胞等多种炎症细胞参与的气道慢性炎症。茶碱是用于哮喘中支气管平滑肌解痉的传统药物，近年研究发现茶碱除了此活性外，还存在广泛的抗炎和免疫调节活性，对参与哮喘发病的多种细胞组分都有调节作用。lymphocytes etc, Bronchial asthma （asthma）, participated by eosinophilic granulocytes, mast cells and T is a chronic airway inflammation. Although theophylline is recognized as a traditional bronchodilator, recent study shows that theophylline has wide anti-inflammatory effects and immunomodulation in asthma. And,it can regulate many participants in the pathogenesis of asthma.
