摘  要:目的:了解CCK-8对大鼠氧惊厥的影响。方法:动物随机分组后,首先分别在侧脑室、纹状体和海马埋管,5~7天后经导管微量注射CCK-8或等容量生理盐水,继而在高压氧(0.7MPa)暴露下观察大鼠惊厥始发时间(ITC)、惊厥严重程度(SOC)和存活时间(ST)。结果:(1)侧脑室或纹状体或海马注射CCK-8均可显著或非常显著地推迟ITC、减轻SOC和延长ST。(2)侧脑室与不同胞区注射CCK-8对大鼠氧惊厥的预防作用无显著性差异。结论:(1)侧脑室或纹状体或海马注射CCK-8对大鼠氧惊厥有一定的预防作用,而不同部位注射预防效果无显著差异。(2)进一步证实了大鼠脑内CCK-8含量变化与氧惊厥有关。Aim: To investigate the effect of cholecystokinin octapeptide (CCK-8) on oxygen-induced convulsions in rats. Methods: One hundred male SD rats were randomly divided into nine groups before stainless steel cannula was placed into lateral ventricle, striatum and hippocampus. The animals were allowed to recover from surgery for 5~7d before microinjection of CCK-8 or equal volume of normal saline via the cannula. Then the animals in each group were exposed, one at a time, to 700 kPa (ATA) hyperbaric oxygen to observe the initial time of convulsions (ITC), severity of convulsions (SOC) and survival time(ST) of them. Results: Injection of CCK-8 into lateral ventricle or striatum or hippocampus could obviously delay ITC, alleviate SoC and prolong ST. There were no marked differences between injection of CCK-8 into lateral ventricle or striatum or hippocampus for the prevention of oxygeninduced convulsions in rats. Conclusion: Injection of CCK-8 into lateral ventricle or striatum or hippocamus could play some preventive role for the oxygen-induced convulsions in rats and there were no obvious differences between different injection sites, which suggested that the changes of CCK-8 contents in the. brain of rats were correlative with oxygen-induced convulsions.
