摘　　要：叙述物位测量的新技术—利用回波测距原理的TOF技术,在超声、微波、激光等3种能量波中,重点叙述用微波测量物位的技术特点、应用及发展趋势。同时概述了我国物位仪表的发展过程及目前市场概况。The article introduces the new technology for level measurement, the Time-of-Flight（ TOF ）technology hased on the principle of echo ranging used in ultrasonic;microwave and laser level measurement system.It focuses on the technical features, applications and trends of the microwave level measurement system.The history and the current market status of the domestic level measurement instrumentation industry are described as well.
