摘  要:目的通过对酸性氧化电位水与1:5 000高锰酸钾对患儿阴茎头消毒效果进行比较,寻找更适合应用于患儿外生殖器手术术前准备的外用药物。方法于浸泡治疗前后采样进行细菌培养,计算菌落数,比较两种消毒液的细菌杀灭率及对皮肤黏膜的刺激程度。结果酸性氧化电位水对患儿阴茎头微生物的杀灭率高于1:5 000高锰酸钾(P<0.01)。两种消毒液对患儿皮肤黏膜刺激程度的疼痛评分均为0级。结论酸性氧化电位水是一种杀菌作用强、对皮肤黏膜无刺激、价格低廉、安全环保的高效低毒消毒剂,可替代1:5 000高锰酸钾应用于患儿外生殖器手术的术前准备中。Objectlve To compare the effect of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water and 1:5000 potassium permanganate on the disinfection of glans in children, and to explore more suitable disinfectant for preoperative preparation of genital surgery in children. Method The samples for bacterial culture were obtained before and after the immersion of the two kinds of disinfectants. At the same time,the pain was rated to assess the stimulation extent on skin and mucous. Results In terms of bacteria kill rate,acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water was better than 1:5000 potassium permanganate(P 〈 0.01 ). The score of pain was zero degree in all the children. Conclusion Acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water is proved to be a cheap and environmentally safe disinfectant with strong bactericidal effect, little stimulation on skin and mucous, which is suggested to be applied in the preoperative preparation for genital surgery in children.
