创伤膏消肿止痛的实验研究

摘　　要：创伤膏临床运用具有消肿、止痛的功效。为证实其药理作用，通过动物实验进行观察，结果表明有提高小白鼠的痛阈值及消肿和加速瘀血斑的吸收，明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀（Ｐ＜０．０１）；药效随时间延长而逐渐增加。这些都表明该药具有良好的消肿止痛作用，为临床运用提供了科学的依据。Our experiments were for the pharmacolgical mechanism of 'Chuanshang Gao',a medicinal extract.The observed results showed that the drug has a function of inhibiting traumatic aseptic inflammatory reaction,reducing tissue fluid pressure in the injured area,producing a favorable influence on the regeneration and repair of the histocytes,and stimulating the healing of the injury.This study has offered a scientific basis for the clinical application of the medicine.
