摘 要:负荷调节对有机废气治理工程具有重要作用.为研究对有机废气质量浓度的均衡缓冲作用,利用活性炭可逆吸附-脱附能力,采用固定床吸附实验,测定了不同进气质量浓度下甲苯废气经活性炭柱吸附后出气质量浓度随时间变化的曲线,并用色谱理论的流出曲线方程解释吸附缓冲现象、关联实验结果,对活性炭柱的缓冲效果进行预测.结果表明:活性炭对有机废气质量浓度的动态变化有着较好的缓冲调节作用,随着进气质量浓度的降低,缓冲效果越明显.最后,对负荷缓冲的机理及其影响因素进行分析,并对其应用前景进行了探讨.The importance of load equalization in the treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) was illustrated and the method of using granular activated carbon as a load equalizer introduced to minimize the disadvantage of load fluctuation, taking use of its reversible adsorptive capacity. Fixed-bed adsorption experiment was conducted to determine the effluent concentration of GAC column under varied levels of square- wave input of influent toluene. Chromatography theory and its Elution Curve Equation were used to explain the mechanism of load-dampening behavior and to correlate the experimental results with good accuracy. Results show that GAC column played a satisfactory role in achievement of load equalization, and its dampening capacity increased with decreased input concentration. Finally, main factors of load buffering were discussed for future study and potential application of GAC load equalizer to improve treatment of VOCs-containing exhausts.
