摘 要:使用不同剂量的补肾中药密骨片对去睾大鼠骨质疏松模型进行治疗,并与正常对照组、模型组和对照药物氟钙定组进行了比较。统计学结果显示,密骨片可明显抑制去睾大鼠造成的大鼠骨质丢失,对骨骼有保护作用;治疗后大鼠骨载荷,骨桡度等生物力学指标与模型组比较明显提高(P<0.05或<0.01)。使用密骨片治疗的大鼠部分骨检验指标与药物对照组比较亦有明显提高,差异有显著性(P<0.05或<0.01),提示该药促进骨生成的作用可能优于氟钙定。Osteoporosis in rats following testes excision were treated with Migu (MG) tablet in different dosages,and comparison was made among the controal group,the model group and the Tridin treated gruop.The results of three point bending test of femur indicated that the biomechanical parameters(loadign,deflection,etc) of MG tablet treated grop were significaltly higher than model group (P<0.05 or <0.01). This suggests that treatment with MG tablet can obviously improve the biomechanical properties of bone of osteoporotic rats caused by testes excision and prevent osteoporosis effectively.The statistical results showed that some parameters in MG tablet treated group were significantly higher than the Tridin treated group (P<0.05 or <0.01),suggesting that MG tablet promotes ossification more effectively than Tridin.
