摘　　要：随着软件规模的不断扩大,软件的测试活动日益复杂,使测试组织管理测试活动的难度不断增加,如何对测试活动进行有效的管理,是目前值得深入研究的一个热点。工作流技术为解决复杂的业务过程提出了一个有效的技术方案。因此,通过比较目前较为流行的几种工作流模型的特点,在分析测试管理活动特征的基础上,应用合适的工作流模型,对测试管理进行建模,从而为测试管理活动的评价和改进提供帮助。最后应用该模型,建立了测试管理软件的体系结构。As continual enlarging of soft-ware scale, the activities of soft-ware testing became more and more complex, and test management became more difficult. How to control the activities effectively is a research hotspot at present. Workflow technology provides an effective method to solve the complex business. Therefore, combining with the characters of some prevalent workflow models, a mode is made to test management on the base of analyzing the characters of the activities, accessing compatible workflow model, accordingly, which assist to evaluating the activities. Finally, the architecture of the test management soft-ware is established.
