摘　　要：信用卡作为一种全新的支付手段和信用工具,已经被我国的广大消费者所接受和采用。但是伴随着国内信用卡业务的跨越式发展,信用卡风险问题也随之出现并呈现出逐步扩大的趋势。通过对目前国内存在的信用卡风险现状进行剖析,在此基础上设计出了一个信用卡风险防范与监控系统模型,并且成功地对该系统进行了实现。As a new payment means and credit tool, credit card is accepted and adopted by the consumers in China. However, the risk problem of the credit card appears and takes on an enlarging tendency with the rapid development of the credit card business. The current existing credit card risk in China is analyzed, a system model of credit card risk precaution and watch is designed, and finally this system is successfully implemented.
