摘　　要：再议我国医用矿泉的分类命名及表示法张恒久王占东目的为充分发挥我国医用矿泉的医疗保健作用，尽快统一医用矿泉的分类、命名和表示方法，提出本人修订意见，与同道探讨。方法查阅国内、国外矿泉医学资料，结合作者实践。结果１医学矿泉定义：凡自然涌出或动力开采、含...Objective In order to develop the health-care of mineral spring in China,it must formulate an united classification,name and expression of our medical mineral spring.Therefore,the author submits a modified opinion about the mineral spring in this paper,so as to discuss with the colleagues. Methods The author readed up the national and international medical literature on mineral spring in combination with practice of the author. Results 1.Definition of medical miner al spring:The ground water including trace elements,gas and mineralized substances(=1.0/L)either natural gushing or pumping with electric power,which is beneficial to human health, is named the medical mineral spring. 2 Classification of medical mineral spring: 2 1 Chemical component differentiation;First,the original project must be simplified,moreover,the compound spring and trace elements are added forming 16 kinds of mineral spring.At the same time, the united mineral-water analysis procedure must be formulated. 2 2 Temperature differentiation(℃);Cold spring,temperature<25℃;Hot spring,temperature 34～<38℃;Heat spring,temperature 38～<43℃;Hyperthermal spring,temperature≥43℃ 2.3.Mineralized density differentiation;Weak spring,<1.0g/L;Low mineralized density spring,8.0～10.0g/L;Hypermineralization spring,≥10.0g/L. Conclutions Expression and name of medical mineral spring:The expression of mineral spring is stillindicated by Kuerluofu formula,so as to read and name.While the 'compound spring'is named and added.The meterage method is still dependent upon the State standard.
