摘 要:采用PCR-RFLP技术检测了文昌鸡GHR基因内含子2和5的多态性,并采用SPSS程序分析了GHR基因内含子2和5的多态性对文昌鸡繁殖性能的影响。结果表明:GHR基因内含子2等位基因C1、C2频率分别为0.06和0.94,内含子5等位基因D1和D2基因频率分别为0.19和0.81。GHR基因内含子2多态性与产蛋性状中的双黄蛋产量相关显著。经两两比较发现,GHR C1C1基因型个体比GHR C2C2基因型个体双黄蛋产量高0.70个(P<0.05),加性效应值为0.208。The PCR-RFLP technique was applied to analyze the polymorphisms of GItR intron 2 and 5 of Wenchang chickens. The effect of GHR intron 2 and GHR intron 5 on the reproductive traits was analyzed by the SPSS software. The results showed that the allele frequencies of C1 and C2 were 0.06 and 0.94 for GHR-intron 2 and the allele frequencies of D1 and D2 were 0.19 and 0.81 for GHR-intron 5, respectively. Significant correlation was found for between GHR intron 2 and the DYE (double-yolked eggs)(P 〈 0.05). The GHR HindIII C1C1 genotype had greater DYE at 1.00 compared to 0.30 for HindIII C2C2 (P 〈 0.05) and the additive effect of allele C1 was 0.208 for the DYE.
