复方中药栓塞剂应用于家犬甲状腺动脉栓塞效果的研究

摘　　要：目的通过复方中药栓塞剂应用于家犬甲状腺动脉栓塞效果的研究,进一步证实复方中药栓塞剂的临床效果。方法将复方中药栓塞剂在DSA监视下注入到实验家犬的甲状腺动脉,观察14天后血清T3、T4、TSH及血钙水平、动物术后一般反应、甲状腺病理形态变化,确定栓塞效果。结果复方中药栓塞剂具有良好的栓塞效果。结论复方中药栓塞剂具有并达到了栓塞的作用,复方中药栓塞剂既保留了其传统药理作用,又能栓塞血管,同时具有抗菌、抗病毒作用,减轻了栓塞后带来的临床症状。复方中药栓塞剂有望成为介入治疗甲亢并能被普遍接受的新型固态栓塞剂。Objective By means of the research of the embolism effect that Chinese traditional medicine embolism is used to dogs thyroid gland artery＇s embolism,we can further confirm the clinical effect of the compound embolism does. Methods The Chinese traditional medicine embolism is emptied into the test dogs thyroid gland artery below the monitoring of the DSA . 14days later, we can watch the T3／T4／TSH and blood calcium＇s level in serum,animal＇s general reaction and the pathology changes of the thyroid gland,therefore we can find the embolim＂effet. Rusults Chinese traditional medicine embol ism has the best embolirn＂ effet. Conclusion The Chinese traditional medicine embolism have the embolism effect. It both retains the traditional pharmacological action and embolisms blood vessel. It can resist bacterium and virus. Moreover, it can relieve the embolism＇s clinical symptom. Maybe it will become a new pattern solid embolism does general accepted to treat hyperthyroidism by intervene.
