摘　　要：Every year the program of 'Arabic Cultural Capital', adopted at the 4th Conference of Islamic Cultural Ministers held in Algeria in December 2004, selects one Arabic city andEveu year the program of ＂Arabic Cultural Capital＂, adopted at the 4th Conference of Islamic Cultural Ministers held in Algeria in December 2004, selects one Arabic citv and one Islamic city as Islamic Cultural Capital. In 2006, Syria＇s Aleppo and Iran＇s Isfahan were chosen as the capital city to promote Islamic culture.
