摘  要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察及力学性能测试等方法研究了固溶后时效及冷轧后时效两种工艺对3 J1合金胞状γ′相的影响。结果表明,在固溶后的时效过程中,随时效温度的升高,胞状γ′相数量增多,强度提高,塑性下降;50%冷变形后时效处理,胞状γ′相形核地点在650℃饱和,随时效温度升高,强度和塑性下降,胞状γ′相尺寸长大,650℃时效后纤维状γ′相的直径约为30-60 nm,720℃时效后约为60-140 nm。The effects of two aging methods (aging after solid solution and after cold rolling) on the cell-shaped γ'phase of 3J1 spring alloy were investigated by OM, SEM and mechanical property tests. The results show that, for the aging after solid solution,with the aging temperature increasing, the amount of cell-shaped γ' increases and strength also goes up, but ductility decreases. For the aging after cold rolling (50% deformation ) ,the cell-shaped γ' nuclear site is saturation at 650 ℃, and with the increasing aging temperature, the size of γ' phase increases, the strength and ductility all decrease. The diameter of fiber-like γ'at 650 ℃ aging after cold rolling is about 30 - 60 nm and that at 720 ℃ is about 60 - 140 nm.
