摘 要:对自行设计的燃气燃烧器的燃烧性能和根据不同的氧气消耗系数确定的试验工况变化进行了研究分析,并在燃煤锻造炉改造中进行了试用。结果表明,该燃烧器在燃烧过程中性能稳定,燃烧基本完全,烟道气中可燃性成分的含量不超过60×10 ppm(1 ppm=10-6);炉膛内温度分布相对均匀,当试验工况稳定时,炉内气体温度偏差不超过30℃,满足高效燃烧的要求;烟气中NOX的含量平均不超过60 ppm,远远低于国家排放标准,较好地控制了废气排放对环境的污染;燃烧器产生的高温高速气流,强化了炉内对流传热,提高了炉子生产率,锻件质量有所改善。The performance of self-designed gas fired burner and its operation variables according to different oxygen consumption coefficients were studied. And the self-designed gas fired burner was improved from a coax Ered forging furnace. The results show that the performance of the burner is stable during the operation, and the fuel burns with perfect combustion in which the content of inflammable composition is below 60 ppm in the exhaust gas. The temperature distribution in the furnace chamber is uniform relatively. When the operation is stable, the furnace temperature deviation is not more than 30 ℃ ,which can meet the requirement of high efficient combustion. The NOx in the exhaust gas is not more than 60 ppm in average ,which is lower than that of national NOx emission standard so as to have better control of the combustion pollution. The efficiency of convective heat transfer is strengthened by high-speed gas flow spraying from the burner with high temperature,which will increase the furnace productivity and improve the quality of forgings.
