摘　　要：CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+Treg)是一种表型和功能特异的T细胞亚群,它在抑制自身免疫性疾病的发生,诱导机体免疫耐受机制中发挥着重要作用。研究CD4+CD25+Treg在支气管哮喘中的功能机制,对阐明哮喘的发病机制及探索疾病免疫治疗方面有重要意义。CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg is a subpopulation of T cells with the specific phenotype and function. It plays an important part in suppressing autoimmune diseases and eliciting immune tolerance in vivo. The researches on CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg in the bronchial asthma can further illuminate the pathogenesis of asthma and explore the immunotherapy method for patients.
