摘 要:目的:探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)与缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的关系。方法:用酶联免疫法测定足月新生儿血清中 NSE 浓度,并观察其动态变化(生后24 h 内,第3天,第7天)。结果:HIE 新生儿血清中 NSE 浓度在生后24 h 内、第3天明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且 HIE重度组明显高于 HIE 轻、中度组(P<0.05),第7天 NSE 浓度逐渐下降,与对照组无显著差异。结论:生后3天内血清 NSE 浓度与新生儿 HIE 程度呈正相关,提示血清 NSE 浓度可作为新生儿 HIE 脑损伤的早期生化指标。Objective:The aim of this experiment was to discuss whether neuron-specific enolase (NSE)concentration in serum is correlated with the neurologic condition of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)full-term infants in the neonatal period.Methods:22 HIE infants(13 cases of light and middle degree,9 cases of heavy degree)and 13 normal infants'serum NSE concentrations were measured by enzyme immunoassay dynamically(within 24 hours and at the 3rd day,7th day of life). Results:Infants with HIE had higher NSE concentrations than the normal infants did(P<0.05),and neonates with heavy degree had higher NSE than that with light and middle degree(P<0.05).At the 7th day,the NSE concentrations decreased,there were no difference among the 3 groups.Conclusion: NSE concentrations with in 3 days of life were related to the degree of neonatal HIE.The results indicated that NSE is a reliable biochemical marker for early estimates of hypoxic-ischemic brain damage in full term HIE infants.
