摘　　要：七氟烷可能通过类似于缺血预处理的机制、减少兴奋性氨基酸和单胺类递质释放、抑制神经元的凋亡、抑制脑代谢和调节体温等机制对脑缺血/再灌注损伤发挥保护作用。Sevoflurane may provide protection against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury through the following mechanisms： ischemic preconditioning, suppress the excessive releases of amino acid and monoamine neurotransmitters, inhibit neuronal apoptosis,inhibit cerebral metabolism, and thermoregalation.
