摘　　要：目的:研究河南省不同地理环境及气象条件下各区域的乙脑流行特征。方法:采用描述流行病学及实验流行病学方法。结果:河南省乙脑发病率由南向北逐渐降低,与海拔高度成负相关关系(r=-0.989,P<0.01)。乙脑流行区主要分布在北纬32°～34°40′和东经111°30′～116°50′之间,这些地区主要位于长江和淮河流域。各地乙脑发病率与当地年均气温(r=0.987,P<0.01)及年均雨量(r=0.863,P<0.01)成正相关关系。不同地区的人群血清抗体阳性率存在差别,与乙脑发病率无相关关系。捕获的优势蚊种为淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊,并认为它们可能是河南省乙脑的主要传播媒介。结论:猪可以作为监视乙脑流行的前哨动物。不同地区应采取相应的预防措施。乙脑疫苗应合理应用,流行区的儿童(小于10岁)应优先进行免疫。Objective:The aim of this paper was to study the epidemic character of Jepanese en- cephalitis(JE)in different geography and climatological areas of Henan Province.Methods:The mothods of descriptive epidemiology and experimental epidemiology were used.Results:The morbidity rate of JE was gradually decreased from the south of Henan Province to the north,and was nagative correletive with altitude(r=-0.989,P<0.01).Distribution of endemic areas of JE was located beteen 32°～34°40′ north latitude and 111°30′～116°50′east longitude,those areas along with drainage areas of the Huaihe River and Yangtze River.The morbidity rate of JE was positive correlative with the mean regional precipi- tation(r=0.863,P<0.01)and mean regional temperture(r=0.987,P<0.01).Seropositivity of population in various areas was different,and there was not correlation with the morbidity rate.The pre- dominant specious in our collections were Culex pipiens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus,and maybe was the major transmitted vectors.Conclusion:Pigs could be used as sentinels to monitor prevalence of JE.The appropriate preventice should be adopted in various areas.The vaccine of JE sould be rationally assigned, and the younger people(<10 years old)in the epidemic areas should be preference vaccinatied.
