摘 要:用二维彩色多普勒超声图(2D-CDI)探测心瓣膜置换术(CVR)前后左肾动脉(LRA)血流动力学变化。测量内容包括LRA的内径(D),收缩期最大血流速度(Vmax)、舒张末期最低血流速度(Vmin)、平均血流速度(V)、每分钟血流量(Q)、阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数(PI)。结果发现:瓣膜置换术后,D较术前稍宽,Vmax轻度升高(P>0.05),Vmin、V明显升高,Q增多(P<0.01),RI、PI显著降低(0.05>P>0.01)。这些变化与瓣膜置换术后心功能改善有关。反映出心瓣膜置换术对改善肾脏血流动力学的影响。The left arteriorenal(LRA) hemodynamics changes were measured by two-dimensional color Doppler imaging(2D-CDI) before and after cardiac valve replacements(CVR). The measurements included the internal diameter(D),the maximal velocity in systole(V max ),the minimal velocity in late diastole (Vmin),the mean velocity(),the blood flow volume per minute(Q),the resistance index(RI), the pulsative index(PI) of LRA. We found that D and V max were added slightly but there was no statistical significance( P>0 05 ).V min , and Q increased remarkably( P<0 01 ) mean while RI and PI dropped distinctly(0 05> P >0 01) after CVR.These changes were correlated with the improvement of the cardiac function.The results suggets that the arteriorenal hemodynamics can be improved by CVR.
