体育运动对大学生心理健康的影响

摘  要:通过对高校大学生有关心理健康的人格因素方面的调查研究发现,经常参加体育运动的大学生在稳定性、兴奋性、心理健康方面的得分均高于不常参加运动的学生;而在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感等因子方面,经常参加体育锻炼的大学生得分均低于不常参加运动的学生,说明体育运动对大学生的心理健康有促进作用。This paper makes investigation on the aspects of personality factor of college students. The result showed that the students who frequently participated in the sports got higher scores in the stability, the excitability and the mental healthy than those who didnt often participate in the movement; but in the aspects of compulsion, depression, anxiety and interpersonal relationship, the students who frequently participated in the physical training got lower scores than those who didnt often participate in the physical exercise. It suggests that physical exercise has active effects on the mental healthy of college students.
