体育网络信息资源评价支撑要素的研究

摘　　要：目前在我国国情背景下有关体育网络信息资源的评价研究无论是理论基础的奠定还是评价结构的分析,都亟待做大量的探索工作。本文尝试将效用价值理论和系统评价观点作为评价的理论基础,论述评价的结构要素和实施要素,由此形成评价要素支撑下的实用评价模型。At present, there has a lot of work to do on sports network information resource assessment to lay the foundation for both theoretical analysis and evaluation structures under the national condition. Therefore, this paper is attempt to make evaluate the effectiveness of the system and the theory of the value of the theoretical perspective as an evaluation basis, discusses the evaluation of the implementation of structural elements and the elements of the resulting evaluation elements in order to make the practical evaluation model.
