按摩扩肛法治疗Ⅱ期肛裂50例

摘　　要：在利多卡因凝胶局部表面麻醉下，采用按摩扩肛法治疗Ⅱ期肛裂50例，治愈46例，好转4例。术后疼痛、便血、肛门控制功能障碍、创口愈合时间、治愈率与侧方内括约肌切断术对照组（50例）比较无明显差异。临床观察表明，按摩扩肛法治疗Ⅱ期肛裂操作简便、损伤小、并发症少、费用低廉。Under local surface narcosis of lidocaine gel authors adopted the method of massage plus dilatating anus for the treatment of 50 patients with Ⅱ stage fissure. As results,46 cases were cured,other 4 cases were better; compared with controlled group（ n = 50） ,in postoperative pain, hematochezia dysfunction of anal control, healing time of wound, curative rate, etc there was no significant difference. Clinical observation indicate that massage plus dilatating anus has such advantages as simple manipulation, little injuries, less complication,and lower expensive cost.
