三步阶梯法治疗肛门瘙痒症的临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨肛门瘙痒症合理的治疗方法，采用中药熏洗及软膏外涂（第Ⅰ步）、局部封闭注射（第Ⅱ步）、肛周皮下神经离断术（第Ⅲ步）三步阶梯疗法治疗肛门瘙痒症76例。第1步治疗，有效率达68．4％；经第Ⅰ＋Ⅱ步治疗有效率达93．4％；经第Ⅰ＋Ⅱ＋Ⅲ步治疗，总有效率100％，无任何并发症及不良反应。结果表明，三步阶梯疗法是较为有效的合理的系统治疗肛门瘙痒症的方法。The objective of this study was to search for rational treatment method. Authors adopted the three-step gradation therapy to treat 76 cases of anal pruritus,i, e 1st-step Chinese herbal drug fumigation wash plus external use of ointment; 2nd-step local block injection; 3rd-step peri-anal subcutaneous nerve dismembering procedure. After 1st-step treatment, response rate was 68.4% ;after lst＋2nd-step treatment the rates up to 93.4%; ;after the three steps,total effective rate was 100% ,and no complication and adverse reaction were found. These results show that the three-step therapy is more effective and rational,systemic method for the treatment of anal pruritus.
