摘 要:采用双温工艺进行了T91钢的瞬时液相连接,研究了其与传统单温工艺下接头组织、成分分布的差别。结果表明,1230℃接头组织不同于母材,连接界面为非平面状;1260℃接头连接区域变窄,晶粒粗大,并出现了小的孔洞,仍存在连接界面;1260~1230℃双温工艺接头晶粒变小,组织连续均匀生长。接头拉伸断在母材,弯曲180°不断,性能达到母材水平。双温工艺打破了传统单温工艺的平衡凝固过程,消除了平衡结晶产生的平直界面,实现了无界面连接。Transient liquid phase bonding of T91 steel was made with two-step heating process. Compared with conventional heating process, the microstructure and element distribution of the joint were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the joint by 1 230℃ is different from base metal, and the interface is non-planar. The joint by 1 260 ℃ becomes narrow, the grain grows up and some cavities produced in the joint. The grain of those joints by 1 260 ℃-1 230 ℃ two-step heating process becomes smaller with continuous and even microstructure and the mechanical properties are similar to those of base metal. As two-step heating process breaks the equilibrium of solidification in conventional TLP bonding, prevent the planar interface, a seamless joint is formed after solidification finished.
