摘　　要：目的：探索出一种既省时省力、又不至遗漏病变、还能充分发挥数字式X线摄影优势的上消化道钡餐摄片方法。材料和方法：采用GEAdvantxDR成像系统对1000例病人进行上消化道钡餐检查。结果：设计出一种两片十二位的摄片方法。结论：上述方法既能降低成本，减少X线辐射，又能充分显示上消化道各部位的病变。To explore the best way in saving the time and improving the image quality for the upper GI series by DR. Materials and Methods: GE Advantx Digital Radiography image system. 1000 cases of the upper GI series examinations. Results:A way including 2 films with 12 positions for the upper GI series was designed. Conclusion: The above mentioned methods will be helpful in demonstrating the lesions clearly, reducing exposure dose and the cost will be reduced too.
