摘　　要：从G IS和ERP各自功能特点论述了将G IS集成到ERP中的可能性和可行性,提出两种集成方案和相应需要解决的关键技术。通过某公司具体的ERP开发实例,证明了将G IS集成到ERP中是切实可行和有效的。Firstly, the thesis discussed the possibility and feasibility to integrate GIS into ERP based on their each functional characteristics. Then it put forward two kinds of methods of how to integrate and some key techniques supposed to be developed. In the end, the thesis proved both the possibility and the feasibility to integrate GIS into ERP by having exploited a real ERP example of a company.
