摘　　要：提出了利用3G无线网络传输视频信号的新一代无线视频监控系统,该系统将现场采集的图像经过视频压缩编码模块压缩编码,通过3G无线网络发射到远程监控中心,实现了高质量无线实时远程监控。A wireless video monitoring system was proposed based on 3G network. In this system, video signals were first compressed and encoded, then sent to the remote-monitoring center through using 3G network. Taking advantage of the wideband feature of 3G network, wireless real-time video monitoring with high quality was realized.
