支架的消失模铸造工艺设计

摘　　要：介绍了支架消失模铸造工艺方案的设计,分析了其生产技术难点;设计了一种定位装置,确保支架模样的正确组装。结果表明,采用消失模铸造生产支架是可行的。This paper introduced technological designs of EPC casting of support, analyzed its production technical difficulty and designed a positioning device to ensure the correct assembly of the support pattern. The results indicated that EPC casting of support is feasible.
