摘　　要：本文通过对108所"211"院校图书馆的调研阐述了国内电子资源的组织现状,并借鉴国外电子资源的组织与揭示方法,提出了对国内电子资源的组织与揭示的意见与建议。The paper makes a survey of academic libraries within the ＂ 211 project＂ of the country. Drawing lessons from how the electronic resources organized in the Occident, the paper makes some suggestions on how to organize electronic resources.
