摘 要:目的探讨老年人吸烟与血浆一氧化氮(P-NO)、维生素C(P-VC)和E(P-VE)、β-胡萝卜素(P-β-CAR)浓度的关系。方法检测384例健康老年吸烟者和176例健康老年非吸烟者的P-NO、P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR浓度,在Compaq586计算机上用SPSS/PC+统计软件包进行对比分析。结果与非吸烟组比较,吸烟组的P-NO平均浓度显著升高及P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR平均浓度皆显著降低(均为P<0.001);82例61岁男性健康吸烟者随吸烟史和日吸烟量的增加,其P-NO浓度升高,P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR浓度均降低,均呈一定程度的直线相关(P<0.0001)。结论吸烟是导致老年人体内NO代谢异常及氧化和抗氧化平衡严重失调的重要原因之一。Objective To study the relationship between smoking and plasma nitric oxide(P NO),vitamin C(P VC),vitamin E(P VE),β carotene(P β CAR)concentration in elderly.\ \ Methods\ The P NO,P VC,P VE,P β CARconcentrations in 384 smokers and 176 nonsmokers from healthy elderly were measured by spectrophotometry.All statistical analyses were performed by the SPSS/PC+ on computer (Compaq 586).\ \ Results\ The average P NO concentration of the smoker group was significantly higher than that in the nonsmoker group( P <0 001);the average P VC,P VE,P β CAR concentrations of the smoker group were significantly lower than those of the nonsmoker group( P <0 001).The P NO concentration in 82 male smokers(61 years of age)increased,while P VC,P VE,P β CAR concentrations decreased as the duration andamount of smoking increased( P <0 0001).\ \ Conclusions\ The results suggest that smoking is one of the important factors causinot only the abnormality of the nitric oxide metabolism,but also the imbalance between oxidation and antioxidation in the senile smokers.
