摘 要:在中度盐害的情况下,用含氨基酸的过渡金属(Cu、Mn)SOD模拟物对玉米浸种、叶面喷施,八叶期后对幼苗的生理生化指标进行检测,结果发现经SOD模拟物浸种、叶面喷洒处理,生物量提高1.32%~15.77%(鲜重)和7.05%~15.89%(干重),光合速率提高17.60%~41.40%,叶绿素含量提高7.20%~26.51%,体内SOD活性提高最高达38.75%。初步表明上述SOD模拟物能有效抑制玉米幼苗所受的盐害胁迫作用。The effect of the SOD mimic s containing transition seedlings was investigated. The seeds of maize were treated with metals and L-amino acids on salt stress of maize a certain concentrations of SOD mimics (0.1-0.5mol L^-1) by the way of soaking and spraying. The biomass, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rates and SOD activities were determined in the-8^th-ledf period. The results showed that SOD mimics could increase biomass (1.32%-15.77%, 7.05%-15.89%) and chlorophyll contents (7.20%-26.51%), improvd photosynthetic rates (17.60%-41.40%) and enhancd the high SOD activities (0%-38.75%), whieh means that the SOD mimics could protect the maize seedling against the salt stress.
