摘 要:借助于XRD和SEM等方法,对回流式循环流化床锅炉(RCFB)烟气脱硫灰用作水泥缓凝剂进行了研究。结果表明,脱硫灰可替代天然石膏用作水泥缓凝剂,水泥的各项物理性能均达到国家标准要求,起缓凝作用的是脱硫灰中CaSO3.0.5H2O与水泥中C3A反应所形成的AFm相。与掺石膏的基准水泥相比,掺脱硫灰水泥的初凝时间缩短,而终凝时间延长;3d抗压强度较低,但7d后与基准水泥持平;各龄期抗折强度均低于基准水泥。掺脱硫灰水泥与掺石膏水泥物理性能的差异,是由于AFm相和AFt相的形成过程与结构不同造成的。In this paper, using desulfurization products from flue gas of reflux circulation fluidized bed (RCFB) as cement retarder was studied by the analytical metheds of XRD and SEM etc. The results show the desulfurization products can substitute gypsum as cement rtarder, and all the physical properties of the cement fit for the requires of national standard, the retarder is AFm generated by the chemical reaction of CaSO3·O. 5 H2 O in desuffurization products and C3 A in cement. Compared with the standard cement containing gypsum, the initial setting time of the cement containing desulfurization products is shortened, but final delayed. Its 3 compressive strength is lower, but 7's matches with standard cement. All of its antiflex strength are lower than the standard cement. The differences of physical properties between the cement containing desulfurization products and that of gypsum are because of the differences between the formation process and structures of AFm and AFt.
