摘  要:目的观察活力胶囊对小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳和延缓衰老的作用。方法以小鼠缺氧及疲劳状态下存活时间为检测指标,观察活力胶囊对小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳的作用;同时用D-半乳糖建立亚急性衰老小鼠模型,测定模型小鼠血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),观察活力胶囊延缓小鼠衰老的作用。结果耐缺氧实验,高剂量组与空白组比较呈显著性差异(P<0.01);游泳耐力实验;受试组与空白组比较亦呈显著性差异(中剂量组P<0.05,高剂量组P<0.01);T-AOC测定,高剂量组与阳性对照组结果相似,均显著高于空白组(P<0.01)。结论活力胶囊对小鼠具有一定的耐缺氧、抗疲劳和延缓衰老作用。Ahn To investigate the effects of Huoli Capsule on the hypoxia tolerance,fatigue endurance, and anti -aging model induced by D-galactose. Methods The survival time of the mice in fatigue or hypoxia was detected in the model group and the groups treated with different doses of Huoli Capsule. Accelerated senescence model mice were devel- oped by subcutaneously injection of D-galactose solution. The total anti-oxidative capabilities (T-AOC) were also examined to evaluate the senescence processes of D-galactose induced mimetic aging. Results There was a significant differ- ence in hypoxia tolerance between the model group and the high-dose group in oxygen deficiency resistance experiments ( P 〈0.01 ). The administration of Huoli Capsule also exhibited anti -fatigue effects in prolonging the swimming time of the experimental animals as compared to the control groups ( P 〈0.05, the middle-dose group; P 〈0.01, the highdose group). In addition, the high-dose group administrated with Huoli Capsule and positive control group showed a significant increase in total antioxidant capabilities (T-AOC) in serum ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion These results indicate that Huoli Capsule has notable effects on the increase of fatigue endurance, hypoxia tolerance, and postponement of senescence in D-galactose induced aging model mice.
